Cloverfood
Cloverfood is a consortium of abattoirs with a production capacity of 20,000 pigs a week, 80,000 tons and year and a turnover of 175 million euros. Cloverfood collects all the offal and quartering of the pigs slaughtered for export through the consortium from the associated abattoirs every day. It prepares, packs and freezes this in its facilities.
